2. How We Use Your Information

Generate personalized training plans

3. AI Analysis & Uploaded Content
When you upload videos, photos, or reflections:
Our systems may process the content using AI models
Videos may be trimmed or analyzed frame-by-frame
AI feedback is generated to help improve training performance
Your uploaded content is used only to provide and improve the Playr experience.
4. Data Storage & Processing
Your data is stored and processed using trusted third-party infrastructure providers, which may include cloud hosting, authentication, database, storage, and AI processing services located in the United States and other countries.
These providers are contractually required to protect your information and are only used to operate and improve Playr.
We do not transfer or sell your personal information to these providers for their own purposes.
5. International Data Transfers
Because we use third-party infrastructure and AI processing providers, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than your own, including the United States.
Where required by law, we take steps to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection during such transfers.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or reporting purposes.

If you use friends/social features:
Other users may see your username, profile photo, and player card
Friends may view selected progression information
Private information such as email addresses is not publicly shown.

Playr may send notifications about:
Training reminders
Streaks
Rank ups
Progress updates
AI coaching reminders
You can disable notifications in your device settings.
11. Children's Privacy
Playr is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You must be 13 years of age or older to create a Playr account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old (and, if you are under 18, that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Privacy Policy on your behalf).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account or provided personal information to us without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that account and the associated information as soon as possible.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at playrappsupport@gmail.com so we can remove it.
