This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Playr ("Playr", "we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the Playr mobile application and related services.
By downloading, installing, or using Playr, you agree to this EULA.
If you do not agree, do not use the application.
1. License Grant
Playr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Playr application for personal, non-commercial use on supported devices.
This license does not transfer ownership of the app or any related intellectual property.
2. Restrictions
You may NOT:
Copy or redistribute the app
Modify or create derivative works
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the app for unlawful purposes
Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or AI systems
Resell or sublicense the app
Use automated systems/bots to access the app
Violation of these restrictions may result in account suspension or termination.
3. User Accounts
Certain features require an account.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
Activities occurring under your account
Providing accurate information
You agree not to impersonate others or use offensive usernames/content.
4. User Content
You may upload:
Videos
Photos
Reflections
Training information
Nutrition information
You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
By uploading content, you grant Playr permission to:
Store
Process
Analyze
Display
your content solely for operating and improving the app experience.
You represent that you own or have permission to upload all submitted content.
5. AI Features Disclaimer
Playr uses artificial intelligence to provide:
Soccer analysis
Training recommendations
Nutrition insights
AI coaching
AI-generated feedback may not always be accurate.
Playr does not guarantee:
Athletic success
Professional results
Injury prevention
Medical accuracy
Users train and participate at their own risk.
6. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Playr is not a medical or healthcare provider.
The app does not provide:
Medical diagnoses
Physical therapy
Professional medical advice
Consult qualified professionals before beginning training or nutrition programs if needed.
7. Subscription Services
Some features may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions may:
Automatically renew
Be billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
Require cancellation before renewal to avoid charges
Pricing and features may change over time.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Playr, including:
Branding
Logos
UI designs
Graphics
Software
AI systems
Features
remain the property of Playr unless otherwise stated.
You may not use Playr intellectual property without permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users:
Violate this EULA
Abuse the app
Exploit systems
Upload harmful or illegal content
Users may stop using the app or delete their account at any time.
10. Updates & Changes
Playr may:
Release updates
Modify features
Change functionality
Improve systems
Some updates may be required to continue using the app.
11. Limitation of Liability
Playr is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playr is not liable for:
Injuries
Data loss
Service interruptions
AI inaccuracies
Indirect damages
Lost profits or opportunities
Your use of the app is at your own risk.
12. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by local law.
